Privacy Policy
How information submitted through this website is handled. This describes the website only — information you provide once the firm is representing you is governed by the professional duties that apply to that relationship.

What this site collects
The inquiry form on this site collects the details you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, the type of matter, the county involved, whether a case is already open, any deadline you mention, and your description of what happened.
It also collects your IP address, which is used only to rate-limit the form against automated submissions.
What is deliberately not collected
This site does not ask for account numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or documents, and asks you not to send them through the form.
Nothing you type into the inquiry form is sent to any analytics provider. Analytics events record which page you were on and which button you used — never the contents of a field.
How inquiries are used
Submissions are delivered by email so the firm can respond. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information sent before the firm confirms representation may not be treated as confidential.
SMS follow-up
The consent checkbox on the inquiry form is optional and unchecked by default. Checking it means you agree the firm may text you about that inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
It is not a consent to marketing, and it is not a condition of submitting the form — the form works identically whether or not it is checked.
Third-party sites
This site links to court websites and to support organizations. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which the firm does not control.
Your choices
- Ask what information the firm holds about an inquiry you submitted
- Ask for it to be deleted, where the firm has no obligation to retain it
- Withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP or by asking
- Contact the firm by telephone instead of using the form at all
