Copper Wren Law
Carly Whiteside
Owner
Not an attorney — does not provide legal advice
Carly started Copper Wren Law in January 2023, an ABS law firm dedicated to providing expert legal services in probate, guardianship, conservatorship, litigation, and trust administration matters.
As an Arizona native, Carly is motivated to provide accessible legal services to her community and support her attorneys so that they can focus solely on what is important: advising, representing, and advocating on behalf of their clients.
Her drive to start Copper Wren Law comes from her experience as a litigation paralegal specializing in probate and trusts specifically and her desire to better the client experience during these challenging and often emotionally charged matters.

Questions about how the firm works?
How a law firm is owned is a fair thing to ask about, and so is who will actually be handling your matter. Both are answered in full on the ABS page.
Information on this website is general in nature and is not legal advice. Viewing this website or contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. Past results and client experiences do not guarantee a similar outcome.
