Elizabeth joined Copper Wren Law in April 2024, bringing her unique experience in child welfare investigations and civil litigation. She graduated from the Sandra Day O’ Connor College of Law in 2018 and worked as a litigator for juvenile matters at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office for several years.
Upon becoming a mother, Elizabeth shifted her focus to protecting another vulnerable group, the elderly. She applies her expertise to help families navigate the court system, providing guidance for those representing their elderly relatives. Elizabeth is committed to upholding the dignity and rights of her clients.

Carly is an Arizona native that has lived and worked in her community for over a decade in hospitality management and legal services. During her time working in hospitality management, Carly discovered her passion for helping people. She went back to school to obtain her degree in paralegal studies and graduated in 2019.
Get in Touch With UsAfter gaining experience in the Attorney General’s Office, Protective Services Section, her interest and love for helping people was further intensified. She began to explore different areas of the law including the new and growing area of litigation funding. After learning all that she could, she then moved on to gain experience as a litigation paralegal in probate.
Today, Carly is ready to enhance and improve the client experience in her roles as the firm administrator and paralegal to attorney, Dan Benjamin. Carly’s goal in starting this ABS is to support Dan in his capacity as the managing attorney and provide clients with clear communication and support with the administrative portions of their matters.
Korey Bahme - Of Counsel
Korey joined Copper Wren Law in May 2024, bringing her expansive knowledge of the area of law and her business acumen to the team. She graduated law school in 2019 and began her career in litigation through indigent defense.
Korey has since started her own law firm focusing on business law in the State of Arizona. Korey’s expansive litigation experience and preventative legal strategies has led her to being Compliance Counsel for Copper Wren Law.
