About Emily Benisek
Emily is our new associate attorney with a practice focus on probate, trust administration, contested estate and trust litigation, and other cases that come before the probate courts in Arizona.
She grew up outside of Portland, Oregon, and received her bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University in 2021. After graduating, Emily moved to Arizona, where she worked as a file clerk before deciding to attend law school.
Emily attended Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington and recently graduated in May of 2025. During her time at Gonzaga, Emily worked as a research assistant, judicial extern, and law clerk for Copper Wren Law. She is excited to be a part of the Copper Wren team!
Outside of work, Emily loves reading, writing short stories, and spending time with her family and dogs.
